When You Receive an Order
When you receive an order from us, please inspect the product
immediately. If you have any problems, please email us the same
day to report any damage, error or concern.
Damaged Shipment
If you receive a damaged order, please email us immediately at
A USPS claim will need to be filed. Please do not throw away the box,
packaging materials or products. Once you email us with your damaged
shipment, we will assist you filing the claim and more importantly,
make sure your new makeup goes out immediately!
When You Receive an Order
We can accept returns ONLY if the package and product
are unopened, unused, not damaged AND if you return
the product within seven (7) days from the date you
received it. Please email us immediately when you
decide to return a product @
or call 772-337-0506. You will need to provide us with
your original order number and we will issue directions
on how to return the product. Please use caution when
packaging products to be returned. If they are damaged
enroute, we cannot accept your return.
Please note that you will be charged for the original cost of shipping the
product to you and also the total cost of returning the product to us.
Once the product has been returned and thoroughly inspected by us for
damage of any kind, you will be issued a coupon credit to be used on a
future purchase.
If we receive a return that was not authorized, or if the product is used
or opened, we cannot accept the return. We are happy to accept your
returns if you follow our policy to do so.
