To use every day: mix 1 part Microdermabrasion Peel to 2 parts cleanser, apply to damp skin rub gently using a circular motion, rinse with warm water.
To use once a week: Apply Microdermabrasion Peel to damp skin, using medium pressure rub in a circular upward motion. Let solution stay on skin for 30 second to a minute to allow Glycolic Acid to penetrate. Rinse with warm water.

For the Body:
To use every day: mix 2 parts Microdermabrasion Peel to 2 parts body wash, using your hands, mix together microdermabrasion peel and body wash. Apply to damp skin, using medium strength rub in a circular motion. Rinse with warm water.
To use once a week: Apply Microdermabrasion peel to damp skin using enough product to cover entire desired area. Apply to damp skin, using medium to firm pressure rub in a circular motion. Let solution stay on skin for up to 5 minutes to allow Glycolic Acid to penetrate. Rinse with warm water
